Russell Kennedy Principal Kylie Walsh is a litigation lawyer with nearly 20 years’ experience. She specialises in prosecutions, enforcement hearings, disciplinary hearings and reviews of administrative decisions (merits and judicial review). Kylie’s clients include major government departments and regulators. Kylie was previously a member of Victoria Police and spent two years as a police prosecutor prosecuting summary and indictable offences. Kylie leads the delivery of Russell Kennedy’s highly regarded Advanced Government Investigations training program.
