eSafety Commissioner
Heidi is the General Manager of eSafety’s Regulatory Operations Division, leading the compliance and enforcement work against the most extreme forms of online harm, complaints schemes for harmful online content directed at individuals, and eSafety’s training and educational programs and resources.
Prior to this role Heidi led the establishment of the National Anti-Scam Centre at the ACCC and has overseen numerous investigations and litigation relating to anti-competitive conduct and consumer protection matters.
Heidi has a Bachelor of Law and an Executive Master of Public Administration and is a Vincent Fairfax Fellow and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
