Gabbie Gallagher joined AFSA in June 2025 and is the Registrar of Personal Property Securities and National Manager of Trustee Operations, Personal Securities and Regulatory Programs. Gabbie has 30 years of experience across various regulatory portfolios within the NSW Government, including executive roles in Transport for NSW, the Better Regulation Division in Department of Customer Service and Liquor and Gaming NSW. She is an experienced public sector leader with skills across statutory decision-making, regulatory stewardship, strategic policy and advice, legislative reform and change management. Gabbie holds a Bachelor of Laws and is an admitted Solicitor in the NSW Supreme Court.
