Damon Innes
Assistant Director, Investigations
NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
Damon commenced with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as the South Australian Assistant Director, Investigations and is responsible for all investigations into contraventions of the NDIS Act 2013. Damon’s team undertakes complex investigations into abuse and neglect of persons with a disability.
Previously, Damon was a Principal Investigator with the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) in Victoria conducting complex investigations into police misconduct and public body corruption. Damon also served in the Northern Territory Police in numerous roles across the Darwin metropolitan area including watch commander and as a senior member of the Metropolitan Patrol Group (MPG).
